Once you identify potential advisors in your community, use the phone number or email address listed on the advisor's web page to make the first contact. Asking questions can help you select a financial advisor who you'd like to meet in person. Or, if you prefer, you can have an advisor contact you. Remember, your initial consultation is complimentary.
